Compress Image Size is an Android app for making photos smaller. Its main job is the common problem of an online form, portal or chat refusing a photo because it is too large, and needing the file to come in under a limit such as 50 KB or 200 KB.
If you are on a computer, or prefer not to install an app, the Image Compressor on this website does the same kind of job in the browser, with preset pages for common targets.
